NAMASKARA
The regular practice of yoga aims at training the mind and body to work together to create a balanced healing environment. Asana (poses) and Pranayama (breath control) encourages awareness in the movement of the body elements involved and the quiet of those not. This awareness naturally spills into daily life. You become more mindful of your posture, your breath, your reaction to stress and the feeling of peace in the body's natural state. The first step to savoring this sensation, is learning how to practice Yoga.
